30/1/2012: Dublin gets horrific ranking on economy

Dubious distinction for Dublin - identified as the World's 4th Worst-Performing City (see link here): and here are the snapshots of our 'neighborhood' in the rankings:

Between, I am puzzled by the pic selected for Dublin. Can't think of where it was taken...

While not arguing with the general perspective you'd equally have to wonder about the true value of such a result when they don't even bother using a proper picture of Dublin - looks like a French city picture they used.

Sloppy - true. But the numbers do not lie - we are in a poor shape when it comes to economic conditions. Quality of life, of course is not perfectly correlated with the immediate economic performance parameters, but it does in the medium term and we are in an extremely deep depression for 4 years in a row now. This bound to have an adverse impact on quality of life as well. So while the pic might be sloppy, the rest of the analysis is pretty bang on the money.

Hi, possibly I am being a off subject right here, but I used to be searching your website and it seems to be attractive. I am authoring a weblog and attempting to make it look clear, but every time I handle it I mess something up. Did you design the weblog your self? May someone with little expertise do it, and add updates with out messing it up? Anyways, good data on right here, very useful.
