Set aside Norway - a petro-dollars-fuelled minor economy by all possible metrics (I challenge you to find any serious Norwegian company in the modern economic sectors space - there will be barely any in sight). And keep in mind - the article fails to mention anything about the exchange rates effects on the comparable incomes across the world.
